  • Can I wear OpenFit Air with glasses?

    Of course! With the droplet-shaped cross-section, the thinner upper portion accommodates wearing glasses with OpenFit Air, while the thicker lower portion reduces pressure during long listening sessions.

  • Is the charging case waterproof?

    The IP54 water-resistant rating only applies to the earbuds; the case is not waterproof. Please do not immerse or expose OpenFit Air to water for an extended period. Do not attempt to charge a wet OpenFit Air.

  • How many devices can OpenFit Air pair to?

    OpenFit Air can pair to two devices at the same time through Multipoint Pairing (off by default and can be enabled in the Shokz App). The earbuds can remember up to 5 devices.

  • What is DirectPitch Technology?

    It relies on reverse sound waves to optimize the distance and angle between the sound source and the human ear. This allows for open-ear listening, but also reduces sound leakage and ensures privacy.

  • What devices and operating systems are compatible with the Shokz App?

    It is only compatible with smartphones. Laptops, PCs, hybrid PCs/iPads are not yet compatible.

    Your smartphone must have at least iOS 11.0/Android 6.0 or higher.
