Quality control at every 3D step

Before inserting the entire drum into the body, the Spector700 3D machine vision performs a 3D quality control system. The camera checks that all components are present and in the correct position. An RFID reading device then records the result of the quality control system, ensuring traceability .

Finally, a final visual check and a water test are carried out by a quality controller for even greater reliability .
