    • Does the Lark M2 support stereo mode recording?

      The Lark M2 supports stereo mode recording only with a camera. Mobile phones, however, do not support stereo mode (an inherent limitation of their system).

    • There should be four magnets included, why are there only two (or none) in my package?

      Please note that the four magnets were pre-mounted on both microphones and clips.

    • Is the Lark M2 compatible with iPhone 15 (Pro Max)?

      Yes, the Type-C version of the Lark M2 is compatible with iPhone 15. If you are unsure about the compatibility of the Lark M2 with your device, please tell us your device model directly and we will check for you.

    • What is the difference between the camera version and the full version?

      Please note that only the full version includes all 3 receivers (camera, USB-C and Lightning). If you purchase the camera version, it will not include the USB-C and Lightning receivers.

    • Noise reduction does not work / Noise cancellation function is ineffective?

      1.Check that noise reduction is enabled (the microphone light turns green).

      2.Use the wind muff in windy conditions.

      3.Record two audio tracks (with/without noise reduction) to compare results.
