Golden Rabbit 9"x3.5"X6.5" Solid Red Enamel Dutch Oven. This enamelware is made of carbon steel coated with a porcelain enamel and trimmed with stainless steel. There will be variations in color shading and pattern formations that are the results of the hand dipping process. Golden Rabbit enamelware is created using a traditional handcrafted production method that has changed very little since the late 18th century. Each piece is hand dipped and fired at extremely high temperatures, causing the steel to contract and fuse the porcelain enamel to the steel, creating a durable, non-porous surface.
