The hob is equipped with a heat sink indicator which informs about the heating level of the selected cooking zone. If the light comes on on the screen, it means that the field is still hot and there is a risk of burns. When the light goes out, you will be able to touch the cooking zone safely. This modern technology significantly increases the safety of working with the hob. The residual heat indicator can also be used to keep food warm or to defrost it.
