Firmly plug in the connector. For high-performance devices, connect the power supply.
If connection drops occur, unplug and replug the Dock or change the computer port.

Why aren't the Dock's ports working?
This issue might be caused by poor cable contact, incompatibility, or faulty ports. Please unplug/replug or replace the cable, or restart the device.

Why do overheating issues occur?
It is normal for the Dock to get warm during fast operation. The integrated fan activates at 50°C.
Ensure good ventilation, keep it away from heat sources, and check connections.
